Situation
PartSelect is an online business that allows do-it-yourselfers to easily find appliance parts from a variety of brand-name appliance manufacturers, and seamlessly purchase and ship the products using their website. While their existing site was usable and functional for the most part, it was visually dated and lacked the personality needed to extend it’s brand.
Strategy
Recognizing that online customers not only need to be able to use the website, but to actually engage with it, Headspace collaborated closely with PartSelect on articulating their brand attributes and differentiation from their competitors. We worked to create a visual language that was contemporary and friendly.
Solution
Headspace first developed a new and improved visual identity for PartSelect that was modern, warm and welcoming. We then worked to produce over 50 different page-view designs that balanced usability, functionality and a clear visual aesthetic. Recently launched by PartSelect, the new website is expected to increase their conversion rate in the weeks and months ahead.
