Headspace drawing a crowd in tourism
Headspace has grown rapidly since its launch and has recently taken on several exciting new clients including the Tourism Industry Association of PEI, The Municipality of the District of Lunenburg, The Cabot Trail Working Association and the Antigonish Regional Development Agency.
The Tourism Industry Association of PEI has recently awarded the Anne of Green Gables tourism brand on-line marketing contract to Headspace. Realizing the world wide iconic reach of the character of Anne of Green Gables, TIAPEI would like to leverage the power of the internet as a marketing tool to communicate this unique and inspirational product.
In addition to building the worlds #1 ‘all things Anne’ web portal, Headspace has been hired to also develop a holistic on-line marketing strategy, using the internet to its fullest potential with elements such as a social marketing analysis and strategy, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and podcasts.
Headspace Design is also presently engaged in several projects with The Municipality of the District of Lunenburg (MODL) including; brand strategy, design and development of two websites (tourism and economic development), advertising campaigns and itinerary development.
The first task at hand is the development of an MODL tourism brand that reflects the region’s cultural diversity and authenticity, and the development of a tourism website that provides an interactive online experience. MODL has an excellent base of tourism-related assets and resources that are being developed to accommodate growing provincial and regional market demands for particular tourism products and experiences, including shorter “get-away” vacations, destinations that are safe, clean and green, and products that maintain environmental values.
Headspace’s copywriting, design and layout expertise is put to the test with an exciting new project with the Cabot Trail Working Association (CTWA). The CTWA recently developed a signage strategy and has engaged Headspace to deploy this strategy by creating content and laying out 25 interpretive and orientation panels throughout the Cabot Trail.
The Antigonish Regional Development Authority (ARDA) has awarded the contract for the design and development of their new web presence and on-line strategy to Headspace. ARDA’s mandate is to promote and advance the Antigonish Region to the world by developing and facilitating initiatives through partnerships with stake- holders, ranging from the private sector to local and regional government. The ARDA has hired headspace to leverage the power of the internet as a tool to communicate this unique and inspirational region to the world.
All of this is just a sampling of some of the exciting things happening on our end. Stay tuned for more info, and even a new site design in the spring.
