This RFQ form is meant to be an efficient way to get your necessary project details to us so that we can form a custom quote that matches your needs. Your confidentiality is assured, none of the information you supply will be shared with anyone outside of our team.

We will follow up with a phone call within a day or two to introduce ourselves, and give you an exact ETA. We ask that only those with real projects use this form, not those wishing to get an idea of our prices. We can easily contact you to let you know that, without going through the proposal process.

General Project Information

Here's where we need an overview of your project. Go into as much detail as you'd like. We do need all of the fields filled out in this section to the best of your ability.

Describe your project in detail

Describe the target audience. Who are they, what do they value? Is this a different audience from your current customers?

What is the desired outcome? How would you describe the project as successful?

What is the timeline for this project? Keep in mind that quick-turnaround projects add to the price. If the project will launch in phases, list milestones and dates.

In order for us to be able to accurately quote the project, we require an approximate budget for the overall project. Don't worry, we aren't going to milk you for everything you have. Because every job is custom, having a range helps in determining the solution that will fit your needs. After all, if you want us to build you an ocean liner, you don't want us to propose a row boat, right?

Do you have high-quality photography to use? If not, do you have a photography budget (stock or custom shots)?

If your project is a website, fill this form out to the best of your ability. If you really don't know an answer, you can leave it blank, but we will still need to call you and talk about it to get a definitive answer.

What is the link to your current website?

Do you have an internal resource to manage your website on a regular basis?

In order of importance, list the top 3 actions you want your users to take when they visit your website:

If a new site, do you have a domain name purchased? Do you need us to help with finding one for you?

Describe your hosting environment. Do you need us to host the site for you?

Will your site have community features, such as a blog or forum? If so, do you have personnel to manage it on a daily basis?

Will your site require media-intensive elements, such as streaming video?

How many pages will this site have approximately?

Will you site need Flash? If so, describe in detail what you want the Flash to do.( ie: simple animations, photo-gallery, games, custom application)

Are you hoping to be able to update most of the content yourself? If you presently work with a content management system, describe what it is, and please send a link where we can learn more about it.

Writing effectively for the web is skill all it's own. Will you need help with writing effective copy?

Print

If your project is print related, fill this out. Otherwise skip it. It's that simple.

How many pages will it be?

Do you wish to take advantage of printing techniques that enhance the communications? Eg: die cuts, varnishes, special stock, embossing, debossing etc.)

Do you have a printer? If not, will you need us to facilitate printing? (recommended)

How many copies will you need printed and shipped?

Branding/Identity

We can simply create an identity based off of your existing brand, or we can deliver a more comprehensive branding strategy.

How many initial concepts do you expect to see? Three? Ten? Twenty?

Do you need a stationery package or other collateral? (Signs, pens, t-shirts or anything else that will show-off your spankin' new identity?)
