Nova Scotia E2 Challenge
Website Design and Development
The Nova Scotia E2 Challenge is an initiative of the Arthur Irving Academy for the Environment at Acadia University. The goal of the challenge is to encourage Nova Scotians to reduce their energy use and greenhouse gas emissions by logging their household energy usage and transportation emissions online each month, pitting communities against one another in challenges. We designed a bright, modern website with a customizable, downloadable action plan for users. The site pulls in data from a Symfony calculator and is displayed in a Community Challenge sidebar.
